The TJX Companies, Inc. in Downers Grove, USA is seeking a retail team member with leadership experience to support receiving, merchandising and daily store operations. You will engage customers, maintain clean and organized floor layouts, and help the team deliver exceptional service across TJ Maxx stores.

Responsibilities include processing merchandise, tagging, stocking, and training Associates while adhering to safety and labor guidelines, with flexibility for nights and weekends.

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience and maintains a clean store.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment flow.
• Promotes safety, labor law adherence, and store procedures.
