Job summary

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining proper tagging and backstock organization, and coordinating with store leadership to meet productivity and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with ability to work with peers and supervisors.
• 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded; manage backstock movement.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.
