Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store teammate at Marshalls in Ranson, WV to support receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will train Associates, organize back stock, and ensure merchandise is properly processed and displayed.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, with strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure team works efficiently.
Provide excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to sales floor.
Monitor productivity and coach as necessary.
Organize and rotate back stock for replenishment.
Uphold signage standards and backroom cleanliness.
