Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, stocked, and coded correctly.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and labor policies.
• Support store safety, recycling/hazardous waste programs, and loss prevention goals.
