• Engage with customers to deliver an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure items are tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty to move goods to the sales floor.
• Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety practices.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
