• Orchestrate truck delivery and move merchandise to sales floor
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly
• Coordinate with management to maintain flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed
• Maintain backroom organization and safety standards
• Support shrink reduction and safety programs
• Comply with labor laws and company policies
