Job summary

Marshalls at TJX Companies in Gahanna, OH is hiring to support store operations and customer service. You will help execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and maintain an organized store.

The role includes training Associates, coordinating stock flow, and promoting safety and compliance. Ideal candidates have retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Able to train others

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure associates process efficiently
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean store
• Organize back stock and ensure correct tagging, hanging and coding of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods to the sales floor
• Coach and monitor productivity; ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies
• Support safety programs and participate in shrink reduction goals
