Level Studios, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager experienced in retail merchandising to drive execution across multiple product categories and environments.

You will coordinate with creative, production, and QA teams, prioritizing work and managing dependencies in a fast-paced studio setting. The role requires 3–5+ years of PM experience in an agency, strong communication, and attention to detail to ensure on-time delivery of planograms and merchandising assets.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of PM experience in an agency setting.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and distributed team management.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and operational reporting.
• Retail merchandising/planogram familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized retail merchandising projects including planograms.
• Drive end-to-end project execution with timelines and milestones.
• Set clear tasks and ensure proper documentation.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Act as main contact for internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and adjust timelines and resources as needed.
• Identify workflow improvements for high-volume production.
