Job summary

LEVEL is seeking a Project Manager to lead retail merchandising initiatives, ensuring flawless execution across product categories and environments. You will collaborate with in-house studios, creative, production and QA teams to prioritize work, manage timelines, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes cross-functional stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in conjunction with workflow steps and internal processes, and the ability to work with and manage distributed global teams.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and operational reporting to monitor project health and team progress.
• Ideally, some familiarity with retail merchandising projects focused on planogram development.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized retail merchandising projects that sit within a broader program umbrella.
• Drive end-to-end project execution from intake through final delivery, ensuring timelines, dependencies, approvals, and milestones are proactively managed across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables across teams accountable for work, communicating clearly to the team and providing proper materials/documentation when necessary.
• Expert in cross-functional stakeholder management
• Serve as a key point of contact for internal and client stakeholders, facilitating status meetings, documenting action items, and ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of progress such as project status, issue resolution, task and allocation management, and timeline tracking; consult with team and adjust as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, intake processes, resourcing visibility, and operational efficiencies to support a high-volume production environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail is crucial to ensure all aspects of the planograms are accurately implemented and maintained.
