Job summary

Level Studios in the United States is seeking a Project Manager familiar with retail merchandising to drive end-to-end execution across product categories and retail environments. You will partner with creative, production and QA teams to prioritize work, manage timelines, and coordinate with agency leads and client stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in an agency environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills with distributed global teams.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, trackers, and operational reporting.
• Experience in retail merchandising or planogram development is a plus.
• Experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized retail merchandising projects within a broader program.
• Drive end-to-end execution from intake to delivery across concurrent initiatives.
• Set clear expectations and provide documentation for tasks.
• Expert in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Serve as key contact for internal and client stakeholders; facilitate status meetings.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust timelines as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and resource visibility.
• Ensure planograms are accurately implemented with attention to detail.
