Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring at our USA Marshalls Store 1305 Eagan, MN. You will provide excellent customer service, ring purchases, promote credit and loyalty programs, and help maintain store merchandising and recovery standards.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows procedures and standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company procedures.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the sales floor and store.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
