• Lead truck execution, stock flow, and merchandising to floor.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with store leadership.
• Oversee planogram execution and visual presentation to standards.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN processes with accuracy.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and training.
• Support Asset Protection and reduce shrink through compliant practices.
