Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in fast-paced retail management or related work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets, control expenses.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, achieve operational excellence, drive service culture, execute merchandising directives.
• Leadership: attract, develop, motivate talent, adapt to change, build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through excellence in operations and expense control.
