The Michaels Companies in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a part-time Merchandise Manager to lead merchandising and store operations, including truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, and visual standards to a customer-ready level.

You will drive workload planning, pricing integrity, Ship from Store fulfillment, RTV/ASN handling, and staff development, ensuring SOP compliance and strong in-store execution across assigned departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience
• Ability to manage store operations and SOP adherence
• Experience with planogram execution and visual merchandising standards

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure SOP compliance and company program adherence.
• Oversee truck execution, unloading and merchandise flow.
• Manage in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy, and sales readiness.
• Execute planogram sets and visual merchandising standards.
• Control pricing changes and pricing integrity.
• Oversee Store-from-Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Train and develop team; enforce asset protection practices.
