Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and backroom processes.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly and communicate priorities to management.
• Support store safety, labor law compliance, and loss-prevention initiatives.
