Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a store associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service at our Lake Mary, FL location.

You will help maintain a clean, organized store and ensure efficient flow of goods from truck to floor, while providing excellent service to customers. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to change.
• Able to train others and mentor associates.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize the processing of merchandise onto the floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods.
