You’ll work with a diverse team and help maintain store standards, safety, and integrity in daily operations. Ideal candidates are capable of multitasking, possess strong communication, and can train others.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a clean store.
• Promote honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise processing.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise properly.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient flow of goods.
• Maintain backroom organization and cleanliness.
• Support safety, labor laws, and company policies.
