Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and store leadership.
• Lead truck execution and timely merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute and maintain stock optimization routines for in-stock levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual standards.
• Maintain backroom organization and customer-ready sales floor.
• Manage inventory accuracy, damage procedures, and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
