Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Strong workload planning and inventory management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards, and supervise staff performance.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor replenishment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for in-stock Levels.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support clean, organized, customer-ready store environment and backroom organization.
• Manage inventory accuracy, stock movement, and pricing changes.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and RTV/ASN processes.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction strategies.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing coaching.
