Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience.
• 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology and product options.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, and coach on member service approaches to resolve issues.
• Maintain sales floor: stocking, pricing, merchandising, and ensuring product displays are clean and organized.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies, handle claims and returns, and monitor inventory for shrink and damages.
• Oversee club pick-up processes and communicate with teammates to meet customer needs.
