Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Cheyenne, WY is seeking team members to deliver standout member service, guide self-service technology, and assist with purchasing decisions. You will help supervise associates, manage stock and displays, and ensure safety and policy compliance on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding them on self-service technology, and assisting with purchases and decisions.
• Supervises associates in the area by assigning duties, giving feedback, training, and ensuring processes reflect company guidelines.
• Maintains sales floor, stock, pricing, and displays; handles returns, shrink, and merchandise quality per policies.
• Supports safety, compliance, and Open Door Policy; participates in recruiting, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff.
