Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., in Winston-Salem, NC, seeks a team-minded associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensure efficient processing, and deliver an excellent customer experience. You\'ll help maintain a clean, organized store and model outstanding service.

You will train others, manage backstock, and support store operations with flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule incl nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to train others.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.

Responsabilités

• Orchestrates truck delivery and processes merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Keeps backroom area clean and organized and supports stock rotation.
