Job summary

TJX is seeking a retail associate at TJ Maxx in GA to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring excellent customer experiences and a clean, organized store. You will train associates, manage back stock, and support the store in achieving productivity and safety goals.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
