Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience minimum.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Model exceptional customer service and provide a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment and rotate stock for sales floor readiness.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Assist in training Associates on merchandising and processing principles and ensure adherence to policies.
