Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchases or decisions.
• Maintains safety and organizes the sales floor, stocks merchandise, handles claims and returns, and ensures proper pricing and displays.
• Leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, and mentors associates to meet timelines and quality expectations.
• Promotes compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy, respects the individual, and strives for excellence in customer service.
