Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Ridgeland, MS. You will join the Store Manager to lead a dynamic team of associates and focus on merchandising and processing freight, ensuring store standards and safety guidelines are met.

You will assist with daily store functions, protect assets, and maintain a clean, organized environment while delivering friendly customer interactions. This full-time role offers growth within a busy retail setting.

Formación

• Prior retail and management experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and handle physical duties
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment

Responsabilidades

• Assist with all store functions and day-to-day activities
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
• Protect and secure company assets, including store cash
• Adhere to all policies and safety guidelines
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards
• Process corporate directives related to store activities
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentability
• Provide positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and associates
• Support Store Manager with duties as assigned
• Process receipt and return of merchandise and manage freight flow
