Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, and coded.
• Collaborate with management to meet store priorities and safety standards.
• Support credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
