Job summary

The TJ Maxx location in Austell, GA is seeking a team-oriented Associate to support receiving, merchandising, and customer service. You will help execute merchandise flow, maintain store presentation, and mentor colleagues to uphold standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded; maintain backroom organization.
