Job summary

ACO-US Merchandiser Mandate Retail Service Lead is responsible for representing Acosta, our clients, and customers by leading reset and remodel work, including plan-o-grams, new item placement, and related merchandising activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail who works well in both team and independent settings.

You will coordinate with store personnel for scheduling, execute plan-o-grams, restock shelves, verify date codes, and communicate observations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Prior sales agent, retail and reset responsibility experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute retail resets and remodels per plan-o-gram.
• Coordinate with store personnel for scheduling and communication.
• Move and stock shelves, set up displays, and attach price tags.
• Maintain merchandising standards and adjust layouts as required.
• Report issues and document work using web-based tools.
• Adhere to safety procedures and Acosta policies.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills and work independently or in a team.
