Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer service.
• Comfort with smartphones and handheld devices.
• Able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead reset organization and execution, coordinating with store personnel.
• Read and follow a plan-o-gram to complete resets accurately.
• Move and clean shelves, display merchandise properly, place shelf strips, and attach tags.
• Coordinate with store personnel to maintain merchandising excellence and strong partner relationships.
• Report observations to the Supervisor and manage documentation for resets.
