Job summary

Sam's Club Beaumont is seeking a full-time associate to provide member service, stock and merchandise the sales floor, and support daily club operations. You will help members with self-service technology, assist in supervising team members, and ensure compliance with safety and policy standards.

Typical responsibilities include guiding purchases, resolving member issues, coordinating with management on scheduling, and maintaining product displays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs, guiding purchases, and resolving issues.
• Assist with supervision and training of associates, assigning duties and providing direction.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain sales floor, pricing, and displays in accordance with policies.
• Ensure safety and maintain facility standards, including safety sweeps and compliant handling of materials.
• Support order picking and club pickup processes; collaborate with managers and teammates to meet business goals.
