SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising role in Wasilla, AK. You will build displays, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, plus training teammates. No prior experience is required as training is provided; must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Formación

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and also in a team.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, rotating shelves, and tracking inventory.
• Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
• Record work with a smartphone or tablet after each shift.
• Support store partners to maximize sales opportunities.
