Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, provides in-store merchandising support to retailers, building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for additional hours and growth.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Motivated self-starter with action and results orientation.
• Work independently but also strong at team building.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling and onboarding new hires.
