Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support regarding self-service technology.
• Assist management with supervising associates, assign duties, coach on member service approaches, and ensure issues are resolved per company guidelines.
• Stock, merchandise, and maintain the sales floor, ensuring clean displays and proper pricing in accordance with policies.
• Promote Sam’s Club products and services and help members with purchasing decisions, recalls, and returns as needed.
