Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor in Minnesota to lead store merchandising, pricing, and recovery. You will coach and develop associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to Kohl’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include executing merchandising directions, maintaining a well-presented floor, and coordinating with the Operations team for efficient product flow. Strong communication and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute store merchandising standards following visual merchandising direction to present products clearly and compellingly.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with accurate pricing and signage.
• Replenish inventory to keep products on the floor based on sell-through and seasonality.
• Coach and train associates to execute merchandising direction and brand standards.
• Execute pricing activities in store with accurate ticketing and sign changes.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations on merchandising incoming product and efficient execution.
