Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Merchandising Supervisor to lead associates in sales floor merchandising, pricing and recovery. You will coach, teach and supervise teams while executing merchandising processes and brand standards on the selling floor.

You’ll ensure product presentation is clear and compelling, manage stock levels, and support training and collaboration with Operations to drive store performance. This role requires flexibility across shifts and a customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach merchandising associates to execute store merchandising directions.
• Maintain a well recovered selling floor with clear, compelling product presentation.
• Replenish stock and perform remerchandising based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Coordinate pricing, signing, and ticketing accurately and efficiently.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure efficient merchandised product intake.
