Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in League City, TX is seeking a Retail Customer Service Associate for TJ Maxx to deliver a positive shopping experience and support store goals. You will engage customers, keep the store clean and organized, and assist in multiple areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor.
