Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Accurately ring purchases and returns and manage cash per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
