Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintains clean, organized store environment and adheres to operating standards.
• Rings purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and supports merchandising standards.
• Processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives throughout the day.
• Supports loss prevention goals and follows labor laws and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
