Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and maintain store flow.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Organize and rotate back stock for easy replenishment.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles.
• Coordinate with duties to ensure efficient goods movement to floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and adherence to safety and labor policies.
• Support shrink reduction goals and credit/loyalty programs.
• Adapt to changing priorities and communicate progress to management.
