Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational standards.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and safety initiatives and support shrink reduction goals.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
