Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.

• Ring up purchases/returns and handle change accurately per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and housekeeping throughout the day.
• Support safety, labor policies, and shrink reduction goals.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
