Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain and uphold merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Support shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
• Provide feedback and align with store policies and labor laws.
