Job summary

Advantage Solutions, a Retail Odyssey company, seeks a part-time Merchandiser to elevate in-store displays and shopper experiences in Woodland Park, CO. You will build displays, rotate stock, and track inventory while supporting leadership with reports and onboarding new hires.

You must be 18+, ready for physical work (up to 50 lbs), and have 1–2 years merchandising experience with strong customer service and teamwork skills. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physical work: moving, bending, standing, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• 1-2 years merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Record work after each shift on smartphone/tablet.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
