Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to boost sales. You will help with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, and employee discounts.

Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
