Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in West Bend, WI is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate to build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to help stores maximize sales opportunities. You will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior merchandising experience is required as we provide training and career growth within Advantage Solutions.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years merchandising experience
• Able to lead and train people
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• 18 years or older, reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
