Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company in Wisconsin is seeking an in-store merchandise associate to build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will also support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates. The role offers growth opportunities, flexible hours, and customized benefits; no prior experience is required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Comfort with smartphones/tablets to record shifts.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, About You

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
