Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking in-store merchandising support to meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory while helping leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No nights, weekends, or holiday work required. We offer training, growth opportunities, and customizable benefits; you may lift up to 50 lbs and work with a friendly team in Seacliff, California.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs
• 1–2 years merchandising experience and ability to lead/train others
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets to record work after shifts

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
