Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a merchandising associate to support in-store visuals and inventory in retailers across the region.

You will build displays, reset shelves, and rotate products while logging activities and assisting leadership with scheduling, training, and onboarding new hires. Prior merchandising experience is valued, but training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience and experience leading/training people.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Motivated self-starter with action-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
