Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Santa Ana, CA. You will build displays and end caps, rotate products, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales while delivering great shopper experiences.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You will support leadership with scheduling, onboarding new hires, and reporting, with opportunities for growth and benefits customized to your needs.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience
• Have experience leading and training people
• Can use your smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
